Count Filler is an efficient and effective way of sorting and counting product with high accuracy. The Panelview design offers complete control and convenience when operating the system, allowing for easy and simple operation. The count sensors detect individual pieces as the product passes into the supply hopper, waiting to be placed into a carton size of your choice. An optional air-operated bag hold-down mechanism can be used with the system to make filling more manageable. The discharge spout is designed to suit the case opening and is highly effective. If no case is present an optional “no box present” warning light will illuminate.
