System Technology, Inc. has the capability to fabricate Precision Laser Cut Parts.

System Technology utilizes a state-of-the-art Mitsubishi 3015 LVP laser to fabricate stainless and mild steel sheet into parts as large as 120” by 60”.  Laser cutting allows us to maintain precision up to 0.002” throughout the part.   The laser will cut stainless steel up to ½” thick and mild steel up to 1” thick.

STI uses the Ras Giga-bend 76.30 to handle our in-house precision bending.  Material up to ½” thick and up to 10 feet long are no problem for this powerful machine.

To ensure the accuracy of our finished products, STI uses the latest release of Solidworks 3-D solid modeling program. Parts and assemblies can be designed and tested for fit and interferences before translation into machine language for fabrication on the laser and bending machines. This process saves time and money before fabrication begins.
